High Voltage Substations Designing and Engineering Department includes three following groups:
Protection – control – dispatch
This section renders engineering services, including engineering consultation, designing services, preparing purchase orders and supervising execution of the projects.
High Voltage Equipment
This section performs the following items: -Preparing single line diagrams, sections and location diagrams -Grounding system calculations -Insulation coordination and lightening protection -Preparing equipment technical specifications up to 420 KW based on the latest edition of IEC, IEEE, VDE, IPS standards
Civil
In this section, in addition to engineering, all civil design documents including calculations and structural drawings and execution details provide based on the latest edition of standards
Power Transmission Line Design
In this Department, power transmission lines designed optimally by using PLS CAD software and output data of line surveying and after considering all scientific and executive regulations, finalize structure list of lines and provide the executive department with final designs.Telecommunication and Power Transmission Towers Design
Power transmission line and telecommunication towers are designed by using specialized software of tower design, including PLS TOWER, PLS POLE, SAP2000, RISA TOWER and MECHANICAL DESKTOP, based on the international standards and a sample of the structure shall be constructed and assembled according to the 3D prototyping drawings.
